Considering the present conditions as unfavorable for traveling in Republic of Moldova, the Organizing Committee Iasi-Chisinau has decided that the works of the Conference ModTech2009 will take place in Iasi-Romania, at the same dates.

We ask you to complete the attendance application form (please download from www.modtech.ro) and to send it, until the 5th May, 2009, at the email address: modtech@tcm.tuiasi.ro.

We also ask you to pay the fee in the accounts indicated in Second Call for Papers, until the 10th May, 2009 and send the payment proof. All the papers without fee payment will be not published.
